1. Booking & Payment

Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive your deposit or the full payment for your stay.

Agreement: By confirming and paying for your booking, you agree to follow all these terms and rules.
2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM (15:00)

Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM

Key Exchange: A member of our team will be present to meet you at check-in and check-out. Please stick to the agreed-upon times so we can meet you!
3. House Rules

Maximum Guests: The villa has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Only the guests included in your booking are allowed to stay overnight.

No Pets: We love animals, but pets are strictly not allowed at the villa.

No Parties or Events: To protect the property and respect our neighbors, parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed on the premises.

Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours, which are typically 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Smoking: No smoking inside / Smoking allowed outside only.
4. Damages & Responsibility

Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages or breakages caused to the villa, its furniture, or its contents by you or anyone in your group during your stay.

Reporting: Please tell us right away if something is damaged so we can fix or replace it quickly. Any costs for damage will be your responsibility.
5. Cleaning

Standard Cleaning: The villa will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, we can arrange this in advance for an extra charge.
